by sending a commission inquiry you are agreeing to the terms of service.GENERAL
⤑ i have the rights to decline commissions because of any reason.
⤑ no one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token).
⤑ no CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS once i start the piece.
⤑ neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to claim, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.
⤑ credits to me ( @creamclovd; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.COMMISSIONS ARE FOR...

⤑ commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner.
⤑ i will charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total price) of the piece for any usage including: printing, album or book covers, promotional artwork, stickers, pins, clothes, etc.PROCESS
⤑ please communicate in a clear and kind manner.
⤑ any revisions can be made during the sketching phase. revisions after accepted sketch will cost extra.
⤑ turn around time may change depending on my commission work load. i will make sure to update you if there will be any delays and moving of deadlines.
⤑ you can check the commission’s status in my QUEUE. you can also ask for a screenshot of the wip of your commission anytime you desire.PAYMENT
• client must pay 100% upfront before i start the piece.WILL NOT DRAW
• nsfw, gore, mecha, illegal/hate art, nfts, anything that makes me uncomfy.WHAT DO YOU GET?
• i will provide a google drive folder link, the folder will contain:
